December 15, 2018, 5 artists gathered to present their original work at The West End Lounge in NYC. In an intimate showcase, they began the Siren Songs tradition of sharing their hearts and talents with patrons who care about the stories of women, nonbinary, and trans artists.
Since that first night, Siren Songs founder Caroline McQuaig has produced concerts in New York City (West End Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall, Heaven Can Wait, Silvana), Nashville and the DC Metro Area (Jammin’ Java), and featured sirens have gone on to star on Broadway stages, and play major major music festivals like the NYC Governor’s Ball and SXSW.
What began as a charity show for End the Backlog has transformed into an enclave of artists that lifts one another up, and prizes community over competition.
To become a siren and play a future showcase, please fill out the Performer Submission below. Siren Songs is also accepting submissions for photographers who would like to be hired to capture these showcases.
